1. Farewell: these folks make a very good latte, and somehow I’m always buying random merch and lip balms I really don’t need. Great little list of natural wines, too! 2. Pollen: definitely the prettiest place in town for coffee. Sip a perfect pour-over surrounded by the most exquisitely selected flowers in the state. 3. High Five: An Asheville classic. The Cubano is hands-down my favorite espresso beverage in the city. Sometimes I go wild on a mocha milkshake, even though I feel kinda bad when I order it because it seems very elaborate to make.
